Vision-Values-Action Exercise

In this exercise the participants talked about an action of theirs which had a long term vision in mind and also values valued by them like health, commitment to family, friendship, nation building etc.

The five EC(easy) steps to learn and practice EC are:

1. Regular Use of a Dictionary
2. Regular Reading of Newspapers/Magazines
3. Regular Reading of books to understand the sentence patterns of past, present (and future too).
4. Regularly Browsing blogs/websites/youtube videos for new ideas in EC.
5. Regularly Challenging yourself by facing new situations which demand pushing the boundaries of comfort and predictability and thus exploring new frontiers.

In this exercise the participants write a few lines about their goals, dreams, aims, desires, destination in life and talk to the audience about where they want to go/reach in life, what they want to see/be/do/feel/have/experience/understand/realize/fulfill...in short, this EC exercise is  about self-actualization.

In this exercise the teams recreate a personal interaction from their lives that gave them Positive Information/Brave Ideas/Good feelings/Fresh hopes/ a new vision for future. 
The participants first write a script for the role play, then enact it before the audience.
