Asked the students to form teams and then present role plays before the audience showing Strengths/Weaknesses of a character while they face an imaginary situation. The situation becomes an opportunity if the character uses it to test his/her strength and a threat if it reveals a weakness of the character.

Asked the students to write a list of keywords (around ten each) related to their Personal/Family/Education/Career aspects in an A4 sheet paper using tables and then give it to their partner who has to go through it, study it and then strike a conversation touching all the given keywords. Both the persons having the conversation will cover all the keywords and get an experience of the power of an in depth heart to heart conversation.
